Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites

You will need:

1 cup plain yogurt

2 t honey

1 cup fresh blueberries

½ cup slivered almonds

How to make it :

mix honey and yogurt. Stir in blueberries and almonds. Place them in a tray to freeze. Freeze 2 hours for solid results. 18-25 frozen protein bites.
