CORN FRITTERS

YOU’LL NEED :

»1 Can whole kernel corn

»2 Eggs

»Salt & pepper to taste

»1/2 C. flour

»1 Tsp. baking powder

»1/2 Shredded cheese

»1 Pat butter

»2 Tbsps. oil

HOW TO MAKE :

1- Drain corn and discard liquid.

2- Put eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl and beat.

3- Add flour and baking powder, whisk until smooth.

4- Add corn and cheese.

5- Stir and Put butter and oil in a frypan, Heat until bubbly over medium heat.

6- Drop corn mixture in spoonful lots into a frypan.

7- When golden turn and cook the other side.

8- Drain on absorbent paper and serve
