Lemon Cookie Fudge


24 oz white chocolate chips

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

2 TBS butter

1 1/2 tsp lemon extract

2 cups chopped Back to Nature California Lemon Cookies

a few drops yellow food coloring


Put white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a large microwave safe bowl.

Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir everything together as much as you can.

Microwave in additional 30 second increments (up to 1 minute) until completely smooth.

Mix in lemon extract, cookie pieces, and yellow food coloring.

Pour into a 9×9 square baking pan.

Allow to cool and harden completely before slicing and serving.
