You will need:
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
How to make it :
put all ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Use a 1/8 cup for measuring batter on a griddle prepared with cooking spray. Cook pancakes 2-3 minutes on one side and flip – then cook for another 1-2 minutes.
in a small bowl mix together stevia (i use truvia) and cinnamon – you can also use the brown sugar blends.
i made some for my husband with dark chocolate chips and a dollop of whipped cream! He loved them!
